I have considerable experience in the community and public mental health sector, and understand the challenges involved in navigating the public mental health system.

I'm a relational, feminist and trauma-responsive psychotherapist who is deeply committed to working with women 16 yrs and over.
I work and walk alongside women carrying the impact of trauma - whether from childhood, relationships, or broader systems of harm. I understand how trauma can shape relationships, self-worth, and the nervous system, whilst working gently with you to support reconnection, healing, and a stronger sense of self.
I often work with clients over the longer term, building a relationship that feels safe, steady and genuine. Clients have reflected how they find me to be warm, caring and non-judgemental, and value having a co-created space for mutual curiosity, choice, and an allowance for growth and change'.
At the heart of our work together is you - your experiences, your pace, and your unique path towards healing.
”I understand, as women, we experience unique challenges related to gender, like - discrimination, sexual assault and abuse, domestic violence, caregiving stress and hormonal life transitions. And, that these life experiences can have a significant impact on your mental health and wellbeing. Given the right environment and opportunities, we can all live a rich and meaningful life.
