My therapy style is relational, inclusive and integrative using evidence based therapies – person-centred, trauma responsive, attachment, inner child parts, intersectional feminist and trauma memory resolution (FLASH technique). Safety underpins all sessions, ensuring you feel emotionally, psychologically, physically, culturally and spiritually safe.
